Custom Whitening Trays – Add On

Only Available to Customers with Current Active orders with SportingSmiles. This is to purchase custom whitening trays as an add-on to your order. SportingSmiles can use the impressions from your order to create custom whitening trays. You must make impressions for both the top and bottom if you’d like a complete whitening tray set. We can only make whitening trays based on the impressions that we have on file for you.
